You have a window of 5 hours to cancel your order, as our team begins working on your project soon after. Once this 5-hour buffer has passed, cancellations will no longer be possible as the order may be in the process of printing. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing us.

For unprinted Canvas bags (without designs), we provide a 12-day return policy, allowing you to request a return or refund within this timeframe. To qualify, the bag must be unused and clean, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Regarding our printed collection, which includes both casual and zipped tote bags, we do not accept returns. Each item is meticulously made to order, and we avoid mass printing to ensure quality and minimise waste. Understanding the importance of your purchase, we express our gratitude by offering a Discount Voucher instead. Along with the product you previously purchased, you have the option to keep or donate it. 6. Warranty
As per the nature of our products, they come with a 1 week warranty against manufacturing defects for example printing issue & wrong design.
